To create your personal reading we collect: your full name, email address, birth date, birth time, birth location, and called name (if provided). For payment, billing information is collected via our payment processor (we never see or store your credit card details).

How We Use It

Your information is used primarily to generate and deliver your personal reading. We may also use it to provide customer support, communicate with you about your order, and occasionally notify you about new readings, add-ons, or related offerings from Ascension Readings.

Service Providers

To deliver your reading, we share specific data with trusted service providers, each bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations:

• Stripe — payment processing
• AI service providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI) — reading generation
• Resend — email delivery
• GoHighLevel — CRM and form intake
• Digital Ocean — secure server hosting

These providers access only the data necessary for their specific function and are not authorized to use it for any other purpose.

No Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personal data to third parties for marketing or any purpose beyond delivering your reading.

Storage, Security & Retention

Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. We retain it for as long as necessary to deliver your reading and provide ongoing service. You may request deletion at any time.

Payment Processing

We use Stripe to process all payments. Ascension Readings never sees, handles, or stores your credit card information.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing the address below. Requests are typically honored within 30 days.

Children

Ascension Readings is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email when reasonably possible.
