Delivery
Readings are delivered digitally as PDF documents to the email address provided at intake, typically within a few hours and no later than 24 hours of purchase under normal conditions.
All Sales Final
Due to the deeply personalized and digitally delivered nature of each reading, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once an order has been placed. This policy covers the reading itself, not delivery problems. If your file will not open or your reading does not arrive, contact us and we will make it right at no charge.
Personal Use Only
Readings are intended for the personal use of the purchaser only and may not be resold, redistributed, republished, or used to create derivative commercial products.
Intellectual Property
The reading itself is yours to keep and use personally. The methods, frameworks, prompts, and underlying systems used to generate your reading remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. AJ Karlovich and Ascension Readings.
Nature Of The Work
Readings are based on metaphysical systems and are provided for informational and personal development purposes only. Ascension Readings is not a licensed medical, psychological, or financial advisory service, and nothing in a reading should be construed as such advice.
How Your Reading Is Produced
Each reading is generated by an automated system designed by Dr. AJ Karlovich, drawing on twenty years of practice with the ten systems used. The frameworks, prompts, language, and synthesis method were personally developed for this purpose. While the system reflects Dr. AJ's voice and methodology, individual readings are produced automatically rather than written by hand for each customer.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascension Readings and Dr. AJ Karlovich shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your reading or use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your reading.
Age Requirement
By purchasing a reading you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved through informal good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through mediation in Arizona.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
